• Shipments to Spain Peninsula are carried out in 24-48h. We ship to Canarias and Baleares. Yes! We make international shipments.

  • The calculation of the shipping costs dynamically according to the products you have in the shopping cart and the delivery address.


  • In the case of not having a responsible for receiving the package in the delivery address, a warning will be left and will return to the next day. In the case of not being able to deliver the package will leave you a notice so you can contact our transportation agency or pick it up at a collection point. The transport agency will keep your package in your warehouses approximately 15 days before proceeding to the return of your package to our offices.


  • After the 5 days of the expedition, the packages will be returned to Neon and the shipping expense refund will not be returned, so you have to be very awake of receiving it before 5 days once you have received the message that is going to Deliver the package. In addition to any detected incidence in your shipment we will contact you.


  • Shipments outside of Spain Peninsula may have some type of customs tax, this depends on your region and Neon does not take charge.


  • Deliveries and shipments are made every day of the week except Saturday, Sundays and holidays


  • We send everyone less to Switzerland.

Returns & Exchanges




    • If in the products received you find a defective product, we give it to us in Hello@neonstyle.es.. The refund of this merchandise is in charge of Neon.




If you are not satisfied with your order



  • We accept changes and returns within a period of fifteen business days, from the date of receipt of your package.


  • Within your order you will find a document that you must fill in as you wish a change or a refund. Returned items have to be under the same conditions as when you received them.

             - Order number
             - Reason for change
             - Which one want the solution to be

  • As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the state of the articles and we will make the change or reimbursement of the garments.


  • The cost of the returns is in charge of the client.


  • Neon will not accept shipments to costs due or counter-reimbursement.


  • The shipping or return costs will not be paid.


  • In case of a change, the new package will not include new shipping costs. This promotion is not valid for abroad or canary orders.
