Change and return
If you find any defective products in the products you receive, please email@example.comYeah. Neon light is responsible for the return of this batch of goods.
If you are not satisfied with your requirements
- We accept changes and returns within 15 working days from the date of receiving your package.
- In your order, you will find a document you need to fill in for change or return. The returned items must be in the same conditions as when they were received.
- Email us firstname.lastname@example.org Tell us:
- order number
- Reason for change
- What kind of solution do you want
- Once we receive your package, we will check the condition of the item and replace or return it.
- The cost of return shall be borne by the customer.
- Neon will not accept shipments that are due or refunded.
- Freight and return charges will not be paid.
- If there is a change, the new packaging will not include the new freight. This promotion does not apply to overseas orders or Canary Islands.
