To process a change or a return:
    1. Enter our return center by clickinghere
    2. Enter your order and email number to indicate the change you need or the reason for your return.
    3. When we receive your application, our team will send you an email where we will explain how to process everything and what you have to do exactly. It will be easy!

To know more about our policy, we leave you here the detailed information:
  • Returns and changes will always be effective in the same address where the first shipment is recorded.
  • A change can be made: for the same product, for another one of the highest amount paying the difference, or for a lower amount receiving the corresponding refund once we receive the product.
  • The return will be of the amount of the product, never of the shipping costs.
  • We do not make changes and returns if the garment is in poor condition or used.
  • When you want to make changes or returns on an order with promotion or discount, it must be taken into account that in the case of a return the refund will be proportional to the discount/promotion code that has been used.
  • The products that are part of a pack in case one of them wants to return, automatically the return will be assessed by the individual price of each product and will be paid or reimbursed the difference treating them as individual products and not as a pack.
 
The client will take care of the change and/or return in case:
  • You have already made a first change or return of that order and want to carry out a new procedure (either change or return).
  • Make a change or return the 30 -day period. In this case we will first verify that the product is in perfect condition to authorize the sending of the new or process the return. With a maximum period of 40 days.

    * If you want to process a change or return when the first shipment has been free (for specific promotions of free shipping costs, not in the case of carts with an amount greater than € 50, € 100 or € 200), you will have to make you charge of the shipping cost you did not pay at the time. That is, the cost that has a shipment to your home. For example in the case of Spain Peninsula € 3.50.

    If your order has arrived in poor condition

    If in the products received you find a defective product, we beg you to notify us at hello@nenstyle.es. We give you a solution. The options will be the following:
    • Change it to another equal product.
    • In the event that it is out of stock we change it to another product of the same amount.
    • We return the total amount.

    So that we can give you a solution you must send us an email and indicate:
    • Explain what happened to the product.
    • Product photo where the defect is appreciated.
    • Some of the following data: full name or order number.
    In this case Neonstyle will take charge of the costs.
