The warranty on all our rackets is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. It can be used only and exclusively if it is activated through the following form. Once the activation of your racket's warranty has been confirmed, you will be able to exercise it without having to keep the invoice or purchase receipt.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. No product will be exchanged if it has been proven that it has suffered damage as a result of misuse by the customer (knocks, scratches, exposure to high temperatures). NEON exempts the validity of this warranty if it is proven that the product has undergone modifications or repairs outside our company.
